You've probably already figured all this out but here's a step by step.
Start the tractor and lift the deck.
Rotate the height adjustment knob to the install position, this allows the deck to be lowered to the ground.
Rotate each wheel to the sideways position so the deck can be rolled out from under the tractor. There's a hole in each wheel adjustment stem to lock in place.
Lower the deck to the ground/floor. Shut off tractor engine.
Remove the front bracket first. This will take the forward pressure off the lift arms.
Unpin each side lift arm.
Unfasten PTO shaft as explained earlier. You must hook your fingers on the collar and pull it toward the front of the tractor to release the catch mechanism and continue pulling forward to unspline the shaft.
Start the tractor and lift the 3pt to the highest position and turn the deck height adjustment knob to the lock position. This locks the deck lift arms up out of the way.
Pull the deck out from under the tractor toward the right side (deck discharge side).
After a couple times you'll figure out this system and it's really easy. Especially if you have smooth concrete. The hardest part of installation is getting the PTO shaft on completely. Until the collar snaps back into it's rearward position the shaft isn't on all the way. Enjoy.
