I am sure I am not the first to have this problem..My John Deere 110 runs fine until it gets warm, then the drive gets sluggish and stops altogether. If I turn it off for an hour and re start it is fine again for another ten minutes. I have changed filters and checked the oil level. Any help pointing to the next move would be very well accepted. Thank You, David Hume.

I have not had any issues like yours but was thinking it may be speed sensors or other similar sensors that are causing those problems. Some of the guys may chime in that are more knowledgeable about this than me.

Flywheel speed sensor is the first thing I would check...

Maybe it stops working when it gets warm?

Some have spent a lot of money only to find out the sensor was the culprit.

Please keep us updated as to what you find. Thank you (in advance), and I hope it is something easy and inexpensive (like maybe the flywheel sensor).
