Can't tee off anything.
Is the Harley rotor driver by hyd or 3pt?
You say you control the angle using a switch, so it must be solenoid operated.
It appears that your tractor is an open center hyd system.
Hydraulics:
Type: open center
Capacity: 15 gal [56.8 L]
Pressure: 3000 psi [206.8 bar]
Total flow: 23.6 gpm [89.3 lpm]
12.2 gpm [46.2 lpm] (loader)
16.3 gpm [61.7 lpm] (backhoe)
Don't know exactly what you have now.
If you have fluid going to the back and it appears you do, then you would install a two or three spool remote valve in the hyd flow path, and make provision for the Harley rake to get fluid from the series flow by feeding the PB from the new valve to the harley valve, and from the Harley rake to the 3pt.
Something along those lines.
All valves should be in series, and all tank lines should go to tank.
If you remove the Harley rake, then jumper the hoses so as to have a series flow path.
Your hyd path might be something like this.
Pump to loader valve, then to the remote, then harley rake, then 3pt, then tank.
Can you show pic of Harley valve.
