Has anyone out there replaced the rear main seal on you JD1050? I have to split the tractor for a trans clutch replacement and I have just a drop of engine oil show up on my shop floor after each mowing and I want to replace the rear main while I have it apart. It will just entail the extra work of pulling the flywheel to get to it while I'm in there so it makes sense to kill two birds with one stone so to speak. Just wondered what a hassle the rear main is to replace and what the seal cost from the dealer??
