JCB won't move..

Hi everyone, I'm new to this site and I'm hoping that someone can help. My 96 JCB backhoe was running fine yesterday until I went to change gears and now it won't move forward or reverse. No leaks or broken parts. Any ideas?

Was your key turned on? Mine (JCB 1550-B) won't move unless the key is turned on. Don't ask me how I discovered this
