Jacobsen Turfcat T422D

Hello I am new to this forum. I recently purchased a T422D Jacobsen Turfcat. I had it delivered to me by a private shipping company. After It was unloaded off the truck I noticed the extension tube and top cap were gone off the air cleaner. I called my local Jacobsen dealer and it appears to be not available. I am wondering if any of you would know where I could find these 2 parts. Also it has a 72" deep tunnel deck which seems almost too quiet when it is running even at when the engine is at full throttle. It mows grass very well but does not seem to discharge the best. Maybe its just the nature of this type of deck. Your suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

hello and welcome to tbn. i wish i could help you better, but the only jacobsen dealer i know is Krigger turf equipment near Pittsburgh, Pa. i see you are quite a ways away though. when i worked at a golf course a few years back, they brought us up jacobsen equipment. i remember their turf cats. good mowers. the ones i was around were front mount deck with rear wheel steering. had kubota diesels in them too. the jacobsen mower i operated most was a lf3400 with 5 reel mowers. mowed the fairways at the golf course with it. jacobsen made the better golf course equipment in my opinion compared to john deere, toro, and such.

just found your post..the air cleaners are made by Donaldson. You could match up a piece of exhaust pipe at an auto parts store. They have displays with different sizes. look online for a cap with the correct size end. tryhttp://totco.auctivacommerce.com/Air-Cleaner-Cap---IHS597-P1088410.aspx
