what sucks for me is right Now Im my own dealer/repairman because LS has yet to replace the 2 dealers that stopped selling LS in mass. LS is no help over the phone, and wont even ship warrantied parts to me. There solution is well drive 5 hrs to the nearest dealer and get your machine fixed.

If you have a New Holland, or Case/IH dealer locally, see if they'll agree to do authorized warranty work for you. Then call LS and get them to authorize it since there aren't any LS dealers within a reasonable distance. It should make zero difference to them. If a repair is a warranty item, it shouldn't matter who fixes it, and if it's not a warranty item, they don't pay for it anyway.

As always, if the mope answering the phone doesn't give you an acceptable answer, politely ask for a manager, and push it up the chain until someone gives you a reasonable solution. If they still seem reluctant, mention that you can always file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. LS has had one complaint filed with the BBB (last July), and it was listed as being closed with BBB assistance, which means they at least responded, and got it straightened out.

I would also politely point out that a 5 year warranty (one of their major selling points) doesn't do much good if you can't get reasonable warranty service due to factors outside of your control.
