SimS, Thanks I gave them a call yesterday but they had closed. I'll call them Monday. Jack First is also good for older parts.
My father found this shotgun in a irrigation ditch in the early 1900s with all but the butt stock, he carved a new one. We used to ,shoot the old year out and the new year in, on New Years Eve. The shotgun looked so big when I was little. About 1960 something, the trigger spring went, father put a piece of rubber hose behind the trigger and it worked. I was planning to blue it, though I would replace the spring if I could find or make one.
Things look pretty tight in there I have a guess where the spring sits.
