J deere seat switch problem

Ive got a john deere 180 riding lawn mower I just bought .It is missing the seat switch .There are 3 wires coming up from under the seat with the ends stripped .Im about as dumb as a sack of hammers when it comes to this stuff .The mower runs ,starts fine but the blades wont turn .I could really use some help solving this problem.Thanks

Is this for a new LT180 tractor, or an old 180 garden tractor? If it's the older vintage, here are two versions of the electrical harness exploded diagram. Sounds like you might be missing connector 28 (or 29 depending on serial # of your machine). You are probably also missing the actual button which would plug into the connector.
