This is a nice place I visited saturday.

One sure could live a relaxing life under those circumstances...or even work there also.

Very nice place. 3.2 mil is not very expensive for that property especiaslly it's subdividable 40 acres. A quick math will say that If one wants to divide it into 30 lots then it'll be worth 6 mil or more. A quick way to double your money.

Correct. A 10 ac. parcel right next door just sold for almost a million.It was his also.I guess planning for the future has some merit.
