It would be nice to get old login back

What does one have to do to get a response on login problems ?
I would like my old login back 'hard_yakka'

Usually one of the moderators get back to you fairly quick. I don't know why. Maybe the upper level moderators are out of town or working on other problems? Not sure but usually they get back.

Is there a specific reason why you can't log in under your "hard_yakka" user name? Did you forget your password and simply created a new user name or is there something else?

Shoot a private message to one of the moderators at the bottom of the page, and I'm sure one of them can point you in the right direction if you give them the details.

For some unknown reason I misplaced my password. I tried the standard request pswd via login. Can't find hard_yakka and my email address, I have 3 email addresses/accounts and the request email processed didn't work for any of them after multiple attempts. Cleared my internet queues, cleared cookies, lowered my privacy level (per TBN FAQ) and still couldn't log on. I was a software engineer for 14 years before getting pulled up into mgt so I didn't just create a new login, it's a admin pain with bogus/dead login/pswd's.
Sent 2 emails to TBN folks, no response. I'm not used to waiting long for a login/pswd but I figured 4 days was long enough. That's why I created 'hard_yakka01' If they can merge my accounts or give me back my original that would be fantastic. tx

We don't have access to your password, as it is encrypted. We can't get it even if we wanted to. So, this is why a temporary password is sent to you when you request it (based on your login name or e-mail address).

Follow the step-by-step instructions in the FAQ and that will solve your problems.

We don't reply to password requests (and state that on our contact page) because the only assitance we can provide is already in the FAQ.

FWIW, FAQ doesn't work, I did those instructions a couple of time b/4 I sent you emails or created a new login.. CBN works fine when requesting a temp pwsd, not TBN.

You need to enter the correct e-mail address or login name... if you do that, it works the same as CBN.

Error Screen... (Attachment) "Cant find the email address for". There is no user name specified even though one was entered on the previous screen.
