KIOTI CK20 HST
Yesterday was another day with twelve inches of new wet snow. This winter has given me more snow than I have seen in a very long time. I have a 300 foot long driveway with a full loop around the garage. I have no place to put any more snow. My Ck20 HST has given me all it can at this point. I have a eight foot wall of packed snow and ice everywhere. Can not take any more snow. After finishing a 25 oz. adult beverage after three hours of seat time ... idea! BLOWER !!! Have reviewed previous posts and seen several brands mentioned that seemed to work out well. Looked at manufacturers web sites for further information but can't get much information as to PTO h.p. requirements or pricing. What will work best for me and still rid me of all this white stuff.

I live in So.ME and have the same problem. I have a 3054XS TLB and adapted a (Snow Bear) plow to my bucket. I can pile it at least 10' but the plow doesn't weigh a lot so I have a problem with it riding up in a wet, heavy snow like this. Quite frankly, I'm getting tired of playing with my tractor:(

I have the 60" JRW rear mount snowblower on my CK20HST and it is great. I have not found snow yet that I couldn't rip right through. It has never clogged up and cleans right down to the dirt with a little top link adjustment. I beleive the 60" model is as wide as you want to go on a CK20. It more than covers your tracks which are only 48" wide depending on the tires. I went through 12" of the heaviest most wet snow I have ever seen, the kind of snow you can't scoop a full shovel's full at a time and it still could throw it 10-15ft out. With the light fluffy stuff it goes over 20ft out and I can travel at full speed reverse. The unit was $1800 new from my Kioti dealer who's in Maine. Here are some pics:

I say go with a rear mount. Not only is it cheaper but there are times (like this year) when it is really handy to have that front loader! I have a 64" Puma on my CK25hst and never have a problem. Sometimes I wish that I would have gone one size larger. 60" should be perfect for for you.
