Quick history of recent.
I ripped one of the hoses underneath my Yanmar F20D that ran the supply fluid to the controller for the Koyker 110 loader.
Replaced the line, and now the system doesn't work, It was also causing the pump to get extremely hot.
I noticed my Rear PTO lift wasn't working either, so something was causing a lack of flow in the Koyker setup/system.
I checked to make sure the slip connection was in full connection and flowing, all good there, same problem.
Once in a while the loader would lift, but no tilt on the buckets and no downward movement of the loader.
I finally by passed the loader as if I was taking it off because the system has to say in loop, and the rear lift for the pto worked again and
the motor seemed relieved as well.
Anyone familiar with this type of issue?
I'm guessing there is some type of air lock somewhere.
I've tried bleeding off a bit on some of the other connections on the loader, and didn't seem to help.
I really need to get this thing working again, and my local tractor guys said they are 3 weeks out.
any and all help is greatly appreciated.
Have to head out tonight, but look forward to possible solutions when I get home that I can get this going by early morning :dance1: because I know you guys are the best here!
Thanks in Advance.
P.S. yes I topped off the fluid level

What else did you do ?

With all valve levers in neutral, fluid from the pump will flow through all valves to tank with no or very little pressure.

Just breaking a line would not stop the system from working if you only fixed the line.

Did you only remove one hose. It sounds like a crossed connection.

Have you installed a hyd gage to see if you have pressure.

A short air ingestion would purge with use.

Perhaps a QD is not connected.

If the engine is getting hot and the engine straining, then it is probably working against a relief valve.

That would be caused by something like a QD not connected or there is a blockage of the fluid somewhere.

Some tractors 3pt lever, if left up in the raise position will cause the relief valve to activate. In that case, lower the 3pt lever to neutral. With the lever full up, the fluid is at relief pressure through the hyd flow path, and valves do not like that situation.

Check your valve levers, and QD's.

Let us know what you find.

Ok, so, with the system still in a bypass loop as if the loader wasn't on the tractor, what I did was I made sure everything was in a neutral position or in the down position, hooked the loader back into the loop (after adjusting what angle the underside connections were at to prevent similar snagging of hoses) and then fire it up. It fired up very easily as I'm used to, and everything seems to work again.
I'm not sure which of the things solved it, but your advice to make sure everything was in neutral etc. more than likely was the cure to the situation. :dance1::cool2::thumbsup::D:):number1:
Thank You very very much!!!
So Frustrating, and so much relief now.
I think its time for 30 minutes of Black Ops to relieve some left over stress, then back out I go to get more work done.
