Iseki UDX TA2300F

I have a electric shut off that kills the engine and last time I shut it off NOW IT WON'T START. I am not getting fuel to the injector pump , I found a relay under dash but not sure if that could be it any help appreciated:cool2:

There must be a solenoid that activates the fuel shut off , it must not be getting 12 volt power to activate it . My only suggestion is to look for the solenoid and run a positive 12 volt wire from the battery to the terminal on the solenoid , see if it works ,try to start it . Hope this helps.
