Iseki TU180 shifting

Used Yanmar and Iseki
Just got a TU180 Iseki 4x4 with a lot of slack in the shifter for 1,2,3,R Anyone worked on these before and can comment on where to start. I'm concerned that gear selections may not be fully engaging with all of the slack in the shifter. If I need parts can anyone help out?
