Iseki TS2810 4x4, With Front End Loader

HELP. I had been using it with no problems. Parked it for about a month, started right up shifted forward and then reverse . Then it would only shift in reverse . It has been raining a lot and it was not parked under cover . The gear oil was milky looking so Im in the process of changing It.
It is hard shifting to reverse but will shift back to N.
Also, the PTO will not work and it was working when I last ran it as was the transmission??
The lift front and rear work fine ?
Any ideas ??

Wanted to update . The tractor has 1,504 hrs on meter . Also the PTO Does Work . I changed the gear lube and the problem is the same . Thanks

When it shifts into reverse does the tractor move in reverse?

Yeah , I can shift in and out of reverse , although it sometimes will jump out of gear . Other than from neutral to reverse , it won't move to any other position ...

I would take the transmission cover off and look for obvious issues. I'm not familiar with the 2810 but it sounds like either the shift lever isn't properly engaging, there is a bent fork or there is something preventing a gear from sliding on a rail? It should be quick and easy to take the cover off and whatever the issue is will likely be pretty obvious.
