Iseki TS2200 information

Hi I have a TS2200 and have found it very hard to get any info on it. apparently it is not a very common model in Darwin as I am told it was imported direct from Japan.
what I am after are manuals for it as it is blowing a bit of smoke and it had been sitting out in the rain for a couple of months with the seal around the gear leaver missing so some water has got in.
The motor is a ISUZU 2 cyl. 2AB1. I am intending to pull the head off and put a set of rings in later on.
It appears to have a separate transmission and hydraulic system as there is a dip stick (for want of a better word) under the seat. the type and amount of oil would be helpful as the local dealer had no idea.

Hello, The tractor seems very similiar to my Bolens G244 which is a rebadged Iseki TS2420F or TS2220F I think. I keep reading different things. My tractor also has the 2AB1 engine. I was able to get the service manual for it on Amazon.com and it is very complete (200 pages) when it comes to the engine so if worse came to work you could do that. If there is something you're stuck on and need a few pages I could probably get those to you. Looking at your picture I can tell you it is very similiar to mine. I hope this helps!

Hi skav2407, thanks for the info. the manual that you have would not happen to mention what type/weight of oil goes into the gearbox and hydraulics. Mine appears to have two separate systems.

In the manual for other models in the TS series it just says hydrualic fuild (under the seat) no specific type.

For the engine oil SAE 30 above +25C, SAE 20 or SAE 10/30 for 0C to +25C, and SAE 10 below 0C. (I use 15/40 for diesels.)

The transmission is SAE 90. The steering box SAE 90.

Also on the fuel injection pump there is a oil check plug and the pump is filled from the top at the breather. It takes engine oil.

Thanks for that in the attached picture (hopefully) I have labelled two plugs, would "A" be the level indicator and "B" be a drain.

also with the breather how does that come off as I have turned it and it appears to just turn, or do you get a spanner on it?

Yes A is the level B is the drain. Yes get a spanner on the breather if you need to add oil.
