Iseki TE4370 engine cut off lever

Hi Guys,

Anyone know how the above part works?

The manual says there is a few bits to it, ie a Air intake shutoff, fuel line solenoid shutoff etc that is all incorporated into the lever that you pull to stop the engine.

I have an issue with my TE4370 stopping after about 20 seconds of running, and was wondering if it had anything to do with the fuel cut-off system, or just a fuel supply issue.
