Tractor News Iseki T7000 tractor PTO problem

Hi guys I am seeking help .I have a PTO problem on my Iseki T7000 tractor. The out put shaft turns freely in neutral but won't engage when selected.
The machine has been parked up for sometime.
I have no parts manual to work with but if someone can email me ,eruwano@xtra.co.nz a scan of a breakdown on the PTO parts, pumps etc it be most appreciated

I wish I had the manual for you model, however I only have a repair manual for the TX model, that is much smaller than your tractor. Do you think that it is possible that the pto clutch is frozen? Some tractors have a pto ground speed lever that acts as a safety device, so when you you have the lever engaged, the pto will only spin when the wheels are moving. Is that a possibility?

thank you very mush for your quick responds.At the moment the person whom is trying to fixed my tractor is relaying through email to me the problem,because I'm not actually with the machine so I'm just going on what he writes or on the phone
I will take on board what you have given me. I know he has free-up the PTO clutch.I just hope anyone else read this can add on or scan me some information

I wish I could be more help, but hopefully your mechanic can figure it out, and hopefully before it become too costly. I saw a post online of someone who had a similar problem with your model and it was dirt covering an orifice on the PTO engaging hydraulic circuit. I am not sure if that is what is causing your problem, but hopefully they can resolve it for your quickly! Best of luck !
