Iseki RU1400 4 wheel drive tractor (old).

I recently purchased an Iseki RU 1400 compact tractor from a private individual. I did not receive an operators manual. On the left of the seat there is a lever that acts like a low range. When this lever is moved to central position the it appears to be netural. In either partial up, all up or down the clutch the cluch does not seem to be working.... Can anyone give me the general operations for the PTO lever, low range, 4 wheel drive, .... for this type tractor.

I have an older Iseki (1981) badged as a bolens.
On mine, the lever to the left is for the PTO. Mine has 3 speeds with neutral being the 2nd from the top.

my 4x4 and low range levers are on the right side of the gear case. So is the lever to raise/lower the 3pt. hitch.

I usually run my tractor in High range, 2 wheel drive mode. In low range, it crawls! and the 4x4 has got me out of some muck before.

these are stout little tractors....Mine been worked hard, doesn't look too pretty, but it sure gets the job done.
