Iseki GEAS 31 3 Point Operation

I have a 1992 Iseki GEAS 31, Japanese grey market tractor. I've resolved some issues I had with fuel and getting this thing running right. My question now is if anyone has any insight to operating the 3 point hitch that is labeled in Japanese. I've tried using the Google translate App, but the Japanese language seems to be more complicated. My question is if anyone is familiar with the functions of this 3 point system (electric over hydraulic) and could give me some insight so I don't screw it up.

Can you post some pics?
The three point hitch goes up and falls back down under its own weight. There should be one or two handles to control it and a knob under the seat that controls how fast it falls when the handle tells it to lower. It’s pretty simple.

As 3Lfarms said, the two side links go up and down via a lever. Above and centered is the top link. This kind of sets the angle of attack of the implement in use. They come in varying lengths and your tractor may or may not already have one.
