iseki g274 - left side levers ....

Hello,

I am new to tractors and have just bought an ISEKI/BOLENS G274.
I have everything pretty much figured out except for the two levers on the left side of the seat - and how to "feather-in" the PTO.

Can someone give me the coles-notes version of what the lever marked CREEP/AUX SPEED does?
