Well, neither Agco, Iseki or Massey Ferguson has been able to help me. I need a front crankshaft seal for my MF. I have been sold 3 different seals, of which none fit. Agco number 3704261M1 is not the correct part.It appears the seal should have 2 small tabs that fit into the timing case. I sure hope someone here has some insight into the part I need..I have been through Google for hours and cant seem to locate the part, Please HELP. Thanks, Rich

Yeah, the number should have been on the old seal if it was universal. You can measure the bore of the case, the diameter of the shaft and the depth of the socket to get the size. Use a caliper that shows millimeters. (Everybody should have a caliper.) Then it's just a matter of ordering that size seal. Be sure to look for Rotary Shaft (oil) Seals. Here's a place to start--CRC Distribution.If you arent familiar with the E3CD, the timing case that the crankshaft comes through will not allow a standard seal to fit. I can get the correct bore size. The problem is the seal is what I would call a "captive" or "captured "seal. there are 2 notiches at 3 and 9 oclock on the case for the seal to lock in. The top of the bore in the timing case has a raised area so the seal needs to have a flat at the top. That is why there are 2 notches in the case. I need someone who has done that seal to help. The original seal was destroyed.
