Iseki E3CD rebuild

Hello, currently rebuilding an iseki E3CD engine on a used MT265b. I could definitely tell someone was already in that engine before.
Here is my issue . The spring placements on the rack arm for the injection pump. I know one goes from the pin on the block to the rack arm but not sure about the second one. The service manual isn't any help.
Has anyone come across this and could elaborate to help me out ?

Best to ask in the Mitsubishi-Satoh section or the Iseki section.
