Oil & Fuel Iseki 4210

Hi,
I have a Iseki 4210 that has not been used for a couple of years.
Every thing is working well apart from when I try to use the front end loader.
Sometimes it works ok after a little while but then it won't work some days.
The oil level seems to be ok.
My questions to anyone that can help is could it be that the filter needs replacing? and what type of oil does it use.
Also is there a manual available to down load?

I'd clean the filter as a first step. Universal hydraulic/transmission fluid.
