Iseki 1610

I have found myself the owner of an Iseki 1610. I have a finishing slasher on the back at the moment and it is great for the grass. I have found a knob almost under the seat and a pedal under it that I am unsure of. I know the clutch and brake pedals and a small accelerator lever are in the pedal area but this pedal comes from under the seat. The knob is pretty much above it. This is my first tractor so any info would be helpful.

Differential locK, Mine is off to the side but it locks the real wheels. Pic would help.
