Backhoe Iseki 1601 4WD with backhoe and new loader-8750

Is this a good deal? Is this tractor big enough to handle the backhoe and the loader. I am planning on using this tractor on my 23 Acre lot in the Catskill mountians. I would like to do landscaping, digging, logging and mowing. Should I be looking for a bigger tractor? What should I look for on this tractor? It seemed like a nice unit.

Good model tractor, find out the brand of backhoe and loader then we can talk about its capabilities and limitations.

Thanks for the feedback. The loader was not on the tractor and would be added new. The backhoe was attached, I will find out the brand and post to this site. By the way, the tractor model is a 1610.

The price without the loader was 6250. The dealer said it would need a loader or front end weights for stability with the backhoe attached. Would I have better luck finding the tractor, loader and backhoe seperatly?
