Iseki 130 dash lights

I've just inherited an Iseki 130 Landhope with no operating manual.
Its an old machine but fired up first time of asking , ran for about an hour pulling the topper and then the bottom right warning light came on and now it wont start. I've looked for manuals but cant find what i want which tells me what this shows.
Has somebody got a pdf copy of what the lights refer to or can tell me so i know where to start looking for the problem

Clogged air filter? Can't see it good enough on my phone but it looks like a filter warning.

Clogged air filter? Can't see it good enough on my phone but it looks like a filter warning.

The air filter was fine and actually looked quite new, so i guess i need to check that diesel is reaching all 3 cylinders. The fuel pump looked fine, but there was quite a bit of play in the alternator belt, so I tightened that as i had my hands under the bonnet.
