Is your rear PTO this loud?

I don't have a drawing, but I have worked with these, taken them apart, examined, and know that the sound is normal when the PTO isn't under load. There are steel plates with tabs and friction disks between them. The tabs are what is making the noise. When under load, the steel plates do not move.
I don’t know. I’ve got plenty of exposure to wet clutch designs, and they shouldn’t have such friction, and plate chatter as shown in the video, when they’re not engaged.

It's new, run it until it pukes and let the dealer deal with it.... and before you hook anything to that stub, put some grease on it as well.

It is engaged, just not under load.

My 2024 SA325 sounds just like the OP tractor. It is quiet when my stump grinder is on it.

SA tractors from mid 2019 and later will make noise if they aren't loaded and that is normal.
