Is this ragweed?

I'm not sure what this is. I have several patches of it in my fields. It was tall and woody last year but i mowed it down about a month ago. Planning on spraying a broadleaf herbicide eventually but I can't figure out what this is.

Definitely not ragweed (Ambrosia artemisiifolia).

Looks like black mustard (Brassica nigra).
