On tractor house listings, the Kubota's with similar hours are running $5,700 to $7,500 (median prices). Depends on whether there is a FEL, etc. Low end is tractor with mid mount mower, higher end is tractor with MMM and FEL. Obviously, there are listings in a wider range with varying hours, options, prices, etc.
The John Deere skid steer varies greatly based upon which model, horsepower, etc. The information in the listing you posted doesn't give enough info to narrow down the specifics of the John Deere Skid Steer without making a lot of assumptions. And you know what happens when you "*** u me" too much........
The John Deere lawn tractor also has a wide range of variables. Knowing it's model would be very helpful. Same with "2 year old wood
chipper". That could be anything from a throw away to a nice piece of equipment depending upon it's make and model.
Personally, I am picky when it comes to equipment and what brand and model along with how it has been taken care of is crucial for my consideration. I have seen "pre-owned equipment" with low reported hours which have been totally abused and misused while at the same time, I have seen higher hour equipment which has been maintained like it was important to the owner.
Just not enough info in the listing to really say. The loader could be a real deal or not. Pictures tell a lot, but not the whole story. I would request specific model info and several pictures on this equipment to make an informed decision.
Earlier today, I read a sales listing for a SCUT and the owner indicated it was in "excellent condition". The pictures posted indicated that his opinion and mine vary greatly on what qualifies as "excellent like new". I think for that ad, a more accurate description would have been "survived multiple tours of duty in a war zone, but just barely". Definitely a difference of opinion between someone trying to sell something for top dollar and someone who is looking for well maintained equipment owned by someone who appreciated it.
If your niece is not a pool player, the table might not be worth bothering with....
More details are necessary, including equipment model numbers and photos to make any kind of relatively informed decision.
