Is this a Kubota?

I just bought this tractor:

Does anyone have any idea if it is a Kubota. The original color is Orange, that is why I am asking. Here are a few more pictures:

Especially note the name plate on the front. I think it says "DALI".

Anyway, the engine is a 2 cyl. Shude diesel. I would really like to know what this is so I can hunt down some parts.

From the S/N plate it appears it was made in China.

I'm not sure what it is, exactly, but it is definitely NOT a Kubota.

I would not exactly say "definitely". Have you seen some of the 30+ year old Kubotas? They don't look anything like today's tractors.

I also Googled the names and found your other searches. I had my wife look at the engine nameplate and there was no other useful information. The information in English is the translation of the adjacent Chinese characters.

I will try the Chinese tractor forum too. I really am not sure whether it is Chinese, Japanese or Korean. Their writing all looks the same to me. The engine is a Shunde which I have tracked back to China so maybe the whole thing is chinese. Or maybe it is just a chinese engine in a tractor made elsewhere. I appreciate all of your guys' input.
