I don't know about now, but when I was a kid working on the farm, we would get gasoline delivered and the guy would add red dye just like diesel today. You were only allowed to use in farm equipment or your trucks which had farm plates. This was in Kentucky.. KYErik said:I just get 5 gallon cans of unleaded gas from the gas station and then keep the reciepts. You fill out a special form and turn it in with the rest of your income tax forms and will get about 18 cents per gallon back (the federal part of the taxes).
