Is there an implement to cut sod?

a "coulter", i don't know what that is. my plow has a disc in front of it that look similar to your picture. so i assume that's it? the plow is adjustable, so i can probably just have the disc. that's a thought.

considering how little i'll use it and the loader getting in the way....either storage or while mowing (my main use), i'm not really interested in the prices of a new FEL. though i did see some for sale for the B7100.

At our local RentAll type place, you can rent a machine to take up grass as sod. Be a bunch cheaper to rent, unless you plan on doing it quite a bit.

i didn't know that, looked into them today and i now know what they are. i checked and i don't think our local place has those.
