I picked up three tractors this weekend, a 2082, 2084, and a 2182. The 2084 and 2182 are in decent shape, and I should have them raring to go in a few days. I think the motor may be locked up on the 2082.

Anyway, I noticed that the shaft that sticks out of the back of the hydro pump on these mowers has splines on it. My 1861 does not have these splines and just has a short stub sticking out.

Is there a rear PTO kit for these Super Garden Tractors? If so I would love to get my hands on one or two of them. I tried searching on google and came up with squat.

Any help would be appreciated.

You might get lucky and find one but I'd ask why look? The shaft is a different size compared to other pto's. The only or most common thing to run is a tiller or mower that ran from the pto. So now you need the three point hitch and the pto chances are nothing to run with it!

Well I hadn't really thought of that! I guess it is just the novalty of it. I have a three point to put on one of the tractors to pull plows and scoops and such, but I guess there is not really a reason to have the PTO. I have a tiller to pul behind, but it is self contained with its own engine.

I was just wondering if tiwas available since I had never seen a shaft like that on the back of a pump.

Thanks.
