Messick's pricing is generally not discounted, simply not marked up excessively. Many dealers sell NH parts at the same pricing structure.

I've checked my local Kubota dealer's parts prices with Messick's prices many times. My local dealer's prices are the same and there's no shipping charge. However, I'm not able to check my local JD dealer's parts prices. Thanks for the link.

My local Kubota dealer is quite a bit more expensive than Messicks. Probably 25% to 30% so I order from Messicks.

Seems like JD prices are pretty much fixed. I need both hood pieces for a LX279. The variation in prices I have found is less than 10%.
