Is my push mower dead? (Plus rant)

I suppose what has mainly made my cheap mowers last is that they don't get used all that much, less than an hour at a time. I mainly use them to trim, though when I am in brush hog mode they do get used intensely. The last one just fell apart....the mounting holes for the wheels rusted out so badly I couldn't keep them on. This one was going the same way, but the motor died just a bit too soon, I guess.

I wouldn't want a better machine for what I use them for.

Know what you mean, I have a dead one just like it, caused by a boy scout who I thought knew how to use a mower. My fault for assuming. He stalled it on high grass, and turned it over to see why it had stopped. Mine runs, but very rough and drinks gas in huge gulps. I haven't had time to mess with it....
