is this fact or fiction--- the rumor mill is hot with a spin off of CIH to "Clauus" and a NH spin off sell off of both tractor and hay baler lines to LG---makers of the LS tractors?????
Tractor News is LG buying shares of Fiat Industrial when the spin off is complete in December

There are many possibilities out there...the Claas rumor would be probable along with about six other scenarios. But is purely speculation at this point. However, here are the facts: Everything under the CNH label has been pre-sliced and will be put into the same "Fiat Industrial" bag along with Iveco trucks and the Industrial components division. It's neat & clean for when the dealing starts.
