Wow! That's a wealth of information there Cataclysm. I appreciate you taking the time to help me out. I plan to get a box blade for the heavy landscaping I need to do. It will have the rippers for sure and I think it will do what I need.

The back tires are filled, but I will be careful with the loader. It's good to know that handle is soft, but I guess some people are just hard on a tractor! (heheheh).

Do you have any better deal ideas on the hydraulic filter? That does sound a bit steep!

I'll keep an eye on the 4x4 lever and devise a solution if I see the same problem you have.

I guess you fabricated your own skid plate?

I just bought the factory filter. Maybe someone on here has found an alternate.

I would be interested if your 4x4 lever gives you any trouble.

We had the local welding shop cut us a plate that we installed.

I did make my own skid for the new LS tractor.
