I open a thread and try to read it after it appears. It seems that every time a new add appears, the thread jumps a part of a page and I have to find where I was reading over again. Anyone else having this problem? I don't know if it is a problem with the site, or with my computer.

I use the Brave browser. No problem with adds.

I'm seeing the same thing.

I'm seeing that as well and it's not just on this site. Anything that has lots of text, like a news article does that.

Agree.

I'm on an Amazon Fire 10 tablet and only have the problem when I stretch the text more than it wants to be stretched. Sometimes it has to be too small to read to prevent it from jumping around. It was jumping as I typed this until I pinched it down to a hard to read size.

Welcome to the future. Your car is the next thing you won't be able to operate without AI at the controls telling you where you can go based on your credit profile.

I'm seeing the same issue. I have ad blocker and bit defender active. The combination of them causes the browser (firefox) to not load many of the ads and also to stop many of the popup's that try to load with and from the ads It is the damned ad's loading and trying to have popup's causing this garbage.

Whats your download speed. Don't go by what your service provider says. Use speed test, or any of the other sites that let you test this. Sometimes the code of the page is just badly constructed and patched. When it reads the patch, things get rearranged.

I had that problem also ads stretching covering most of the viewable screen.
I thought the site had a problem, also with the bold italics etc. box because it would not select any of them when posting and also posting would put part of a sentence I wrote above the posters quote that was being replied to.

Speaking of actual download speeds the old computers WLAN never exceeded 34 MBS down as soon as the new laptop was tested I got 297 MBS down on one test.

New fast computer fixed all of the problems that were causing problems for me with this site. Seems like they are prioritizing the Video ads download over the text that a person wants to read.
