Interesting. It looks like it could be very useful for the rotational and strip grazing practices that I use. It seems like it would be fairly costly though.

Hi all

I remember a virtual fence project from our CSIRO Govt Research labs several years ago. Here is a link:
Virtual-livestock fence: replacing wire with wire-less and Fencing livestock in - virtually This project dates from before 2007.
It's being used in Aust as the paddocks here are so big that real fencing costs a lot of money to setup and maintain.
