Introduction and new-to-me tractor questions

I bought an I&T Shop Service manual for my old International from this web site. It isn't very detailed but is better than nothing.

Tractor has been invaluable lately in all the prep and work getting the land ready for Florence. The carryall has really already paid for itself in that respect. I'm still looking for a solid rotary mower, push blade, and cultivator.

One thing I need to tackle is adding some weight to the nose, but it has some large diameter round stock as a bumper which doesn't leave me much in the way of options for adding weight plates like we could do to my granddad's old 574. Any ideas or similar experience appreciated!
