Recently retired from US Army after 32 years and am settling down on an 11 acre (former pasture land) spread in northern Alabama. Not huge by any measure but compared to past military housing it is an "estate". Plan on building home and perhaps grazing a couple cows. Have started to look for a tractor for mowing and other simple tasks. Prefer to go for used but do not have a good idea as to what may be best option and pricing. Any help is appreciated
