Rake International No. 5 Side Delivery Rake?

Hello All,
I'm new to this forum and hoping anyone can lend a hand on my "new to me" rake. I picked up this IH 5NT from an auction for $150 and can't find that it ever really existed. I have found that the model is 5 and the NT means narrow track, but beyond that it doesn't exist. I'm looking for parts, manuals, anything I can find on this.

Also should be able to get a manual even on E-bay.
Try posting a pic when you can,might revive some of the TBN old timers memories. (me included)

I went to Case/IH, and just entered "rake" The only model they show containing a 5, is the model 35 in the picture below. Would this be it..?? I know the 9, on mine IH #9, is barely visible. Maybe the "3" is faded real bad..??

I found this picture on another site. My rake is just like this one. The other site says it is a McCormick - Deering No.5

While CaseIH does not show the model 5 rake on their online parts website, it is possible that a local dealer may still have books, either in print or on microfiche. I would ask your dealer if he can help you. Good luck.

The Photo you posted as looking like yours, looks exactly like mine. It appears to be a McCormick-Deering No.5 LW, which I do own and use every year faithfully with either my tractor, pickup truck. Try Ebay or farmmanualsfast; if your curious about the colors, Mine was originally all red with white rims
