International 454 PTO has no pressure

When the IPTO lever is engaged there is no pressure to the PTO clutch.

Powersteering returnoil operates your IPTO ! Check pipe that enters your MCV valveblock froM the front .....remove pipe......remove pipefitting and then cage ....spring....and poppet. Poppet must move freely in cage ! Reinstall by using a thin screwdriver sliding 1...pipefitting 2.....cage.....3 ...spring.....4....poppet .....on screwdriver then enters all and fit pipefitting before removing screwdriver ! Then fit pipe and start and test IPTO
