What do you mean by no power? Does it not have any power pulling or when you are climbing a hill? Any blow-by, or rough idling? How well has it been maintained?

Really need more info. Just get the tractor, not sure how it ran before purchase..?? Had it, and ran fine, now lacking power..?? Won't throttle up past like 1/3 throttle ..??
