Considering looking at one of these, 9600 hrs, looks clean and cared for. Anything in particular to look for that should be a deal breaker?

They were good tractors. At 9600 hrs, there will probably be a lot of worn parts. Does the T/A work? Just make sure the price reflects the condition.

They are a good tractor fairly strong and nimble for the frame size.
The TA would be my biggest concern at 9600 hrs she could be ready for a split for the clutch and TA.
