I leave my loader on. I took it off for a repair and struggled to get it back on. I have no problem with the lower bracket but the way that the top bracket must capture the top pin requires it to come in at a set level. when I used the dump function like I have done with other loaders, it tended to lift the pin off the lower bracket and would not allow the top bracket to line up.What I expected to take 5 minutes, took 30 minutes. I got it on, but I am sure it should have been easier. What am I missing.

I don't have a step by step but know I use both the tilt and up/down to get things engaged. I remove and install mine very regularly. Because of my mowing and gardening areas my loader hampers me. Takes less than 10 minutes for the change. Probably closer to 5.

Mine's quite easy but the left pins resistance window is the opposing direction of the rights. In other words, I can get both pins in without getting out of the seat but one aligns when I've downforce applied to the bucket and then the other when I relieve it without lifting.

Hydraulic pressure follows the path of least resistance. One cylinder might move with less resistance than the other. Maybe this applies here and maybe not.

It's like the loader isn't exactly square, but more likely a slight tilt to the garage floor is the culprit. Essentially, if the bottom mounting receiver has received the loader, a levelling of the bucket should seat the face of the upper pin holes. It's mm of indifference in my case where one pin has no resistance but the other slight. A couple taps of a rubber mallet and it'll go right in but I've learned to relieve the pressure and then the other slides effortlessly. It's probably the slant of the garage floor!😁

I guess it is inexperience with this particular loader. I have installed others and they went on without a hitch. I had zero problem with removal.
