I am about to receive my new 60" MMM for my BX25. The dealer mentioned installation of "hanging brackets" and he wanted to know if I would be doing it or should he arrange for the shop to do it for me. Has anyone done this for themselves? I imagine it's a bolt-on project, but I don't really know since Ive never inspected a MMM up close. Any help is appreciated in advance.

I have a 54" MMM with my BX24, but I got it used, already assembled.
In looking at the mower manual, a few parts need assembly, but it's all bolt-on stuff.
Simple stuff.

It all bolts on, to existing holes. There is some setup/adjustment required, but nothing too complicated. Depends on how handy you are. You'll need a good torque wrench.

Thanks for the input, guys. I've read elsewhere on TBN that leveling the buggars can be daunting. I think I'll let the dealer do it the; they'll make good on necessary adjustments.

Congrats on your purchase. I have a BX2350 with 60" MMM and love it! I'm sure you will too.
