Inside the Sump

I found two unseated screws look to be for mounting.. i have no idea how but they arent long enough to go in their respective holes and without removal of what they mount, cant get them out. see pic.. also this affecting the alignment of the draft control speed adjustment screw and another screw that has a hole in it.. man im green



also removed the strainer canister and didnt find a magnet per se, just the brass tube inside..
